My Takamine is my new friend, made in Indonesia. I got it for my 21st birthday, and it is wonderful. I like it. It plays like butter. Plus it stays in tune all the way up the neck! (The fact that I comment on that says something about the guitars I'd been playing previously, eh?) Acoustic-electric. Mmmm mmmm good.

My friend Tim Bess makes a wonderful cheesy joke about my guitar. "Don't have a guitar?" he says. "Here, Take mine!" Get it? Yeah, that's Tim for you. I think the joke would be better with an Italian accent, because then it would fit the spelling better. "Don't-a have a guitar-a? Here-a, Take-a mine-a!"
