Broken Window
DESCRIPTION: One excellent summer morning my neighbor Zach knocked on my door and asked me if I knew about the window on my car being broken. I said that I didn't, and accompanied him to look at the situation. The driver's side front window had been bashed in. Nothing inside the car looked harmed, there was just glass all over. In our investigative eagerness we may have obscured the clues in the dust. I don't remember that well. Then we told my dad, and a policeman came out and filled out his paperwork, then he left. Insurance paid for the new window. It was quieter than the old one. It must have just been vandals, because no one would WANT to steal that car, said some people. They were only joking with me, I realize. I hope. They should have asked the policeman, who was driving a Crown Vic.
